30-day money-back guarantee
Witty English offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Wordly purchases. Wordly's paid plan is a one-time purchase (no subscription, no automatic renewal). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Select the order you want refunded and choose "Request a refund".
- Or contact Witty English through the in-app support flow and we will help you submit the request.
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
No subscription, no recurring charges
Wordly's paid plan is a one-time lifetime purchase. There is no subscription to cancel and you will not be charged again. You can view your order and invoice at any time at paddle.net.
